My passion for curing and preserving meats in order to push sustainability to its limits. 


In the attempt at being well rounded and knowledgeable in many self sustaining crafts I have been introduced to one of the oldest ways of preservation. Curing meats, and possibly other foods down the road, is a skill I believe will be valuable once I’m off on my own and wont have the pleasure to store and use all my food immediately.
